Job Description

A building manufacturer is seeking Carpenter/Service Technicians to prepare units for rental.  This is a full-time opportunity and work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Duties:

• Wash and wax floors
• Replace floor tiles, windows, and doors
• Clean exterior siding and other building components
• Paint units and walls to specifications
• Repair and/or modify lighting, plumbing, and electrical
• Repair carpentry work on customer job site
• Operate hand and power tools
• Lift 30 to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have general carpentry, electrical, plumbing knowledge with several years’ experience
• Must have the ability to operate hand and power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 4 points 

Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.

$20/hr
