Job Description

An apartment complex is seeking a Technician to do general condo maintenance both inside and outside buildings.  Most work is exterior; repair or replace gutters, shovel snow, fix entry gates, patch asphalt, etc.  In addition, you will go into units to identify problems and relate findings to owners.  Interior work is to be done on common areas only.  Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Qualified candidates must have previous maintenance experience, must be safety-conscious, and must be a team player.  Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.  Electrical and plumbing background is a big plus. 

$16 to $20/hr, based on experience
