Job Description

A restoration and maintenance company is seeking a Project Manager/Coordinator to handle the restoration and maintenance of metal, stone, and wood surfaces and Façade treatments for buildings of all ages, shapes, and sizes.   This is a first shift position.

Qualified candidates must have CPR/AED and OSHA-30 Certifications, must be comfortable working on suspended scaffolding/swing stage, must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and emails, must be familiar with Procore or similar software, must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills, must have the ability to handle and prioritize assignments and multi-task, and must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Only candidates that can pass a background and BMV check, and drug screen will be considered.

$30 to $35/hr, based on experience
