Job Description

An apartment complex is seeking a Recertification Specialist to make appointments with new residents to fill accurately out necessary forms, collect required documents, and maintain files.   Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Qualified candidates must have previous leasing office experience, must understand the fundamentals of low-income housing, must have a strong customer service background, must have a professional appearance, and must have excellent communication skills.  Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.

$18/hr
