Job Description

An Account Specialist is needed to maintain all Accounts Receivable functions, deposits, billing, collection, and payments using QuickBooks.  You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Qualified candidates must have Accounting experience, must have proficient QuickBooks skills, must be organized with the ability to prioritize, and must have strong data entry skills.  Only candidates that can pass a drug screen will be considered.

$20 to $24/hr, based on experience
