Job Description

A management company is seeking an Entry Level Leasing Consultant to answer phone calls, help tenants, check emails, assign maintenance tickets if needed, walk property to ensure all is in order, and send over applications on potential tenants.  Work hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Qualified candidates must have office experience, must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, must be computer literate, and must have a professional and friendly demeanor.  Only those candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.  Any candidate that has leasing experience and Fair Housing knowledge is a plus.  

$15/hr, starting pay
