Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk – Part-time – Short-term

Job Description

A local non-profit organization is seeking an individual to post accounts payable transactions, set-up vendors, process credits, invoices, manual checks, produce reports, and use a fundraising software called MIP.  This position is for approximately 3 months and you will work part-time 10 to 15 hours each week.  

Qualified candidates must have prior Accounts Payable experience, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must be detail-oriented, must have the ability to work proficiently and efficiently in a timely manner, and must be able to utilize sensitive information discreetly. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.

$20/hr
