Job Description

Are you a career-driven, motivated individual with exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to cover for medical leave.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-line Communication: Receive and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate sales appointments for our sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Report Management: Create, prepare, and distribute various reports, including quotes and customer folders.
  • CRM & Vendor Portal Management: Work within our CRM program and vendor portals to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Invoice Creation: Generate invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy and resolving any billing errors promptly.
  • Organizational Excellence: Maintain an efficient and well-organized filing system and workstation within the office.
  • Tech-Savvy: Utilize your proficient computer skills to enhance office operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply your excellent problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges as they arise.
  • Professional Communication: Provide polite and professional communication in all interactions.
  • Versatility: Take on other duties as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to contribute
