Job Description

A Bilingual Call Center Representative is needed to answer calls related to pick-ups and drop-offs, transferring calls to other departments, taking messages for departments who are busy handling other callers. and entering the messages into a computer system.  This position is temporary and lasts from 1 to 2 months.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service experience, must be Bilingual English/Spanish speaking, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, and must have an articulate and professional phone presence.  Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.  

$14/hr
