Job Description

A property management company is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform basic electrical, plumbing, and other repairs, cleaning bathrooms and common areas, as well as shoveling snow, and performing other exterior work.  This is a 1-to-2-month assignment and work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, must have experience performing electrical, plumbing, maintenance, custodial, and landscaping work, must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and must have a valid driver’s license with a good record.  Only candidates that can pass a background and BMV check will be considered.

$17.50 to $19/hr, based on experience
