Job Description

A high-end apartment complex is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing repairs, move furniture, install ceiling fans, change outlets and garbage disposals, and make other repairs. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Qualified candidates must have prior carpentry, electrical, and plumbing experience, must be able to change light sockets, install ceiling fans, etc., must have own tools, must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious, and must be dependable.  Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.

$18/hr
