Job Description

A local machine shop is seeking a machinist to operate CNC Vertical Mill Machines.  This client is willing to take someone with little to no CNC experience, if they are willing to learn, be trained, and are thankful for a career opportunity.  You will be trained on operating machines to editing, programming, CAD design, managing, operating a forklift, and other aspects of the machining industry.  This is an immediate, full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  

Qualified candidates must have previous manufacturing experience, must have basic machine experience, must be willing to learn and be trained on operating machines to editing, programming, CAD design, managing, operating a forklift, and other aspects of the machining industry, must have a strong work ethic with no attendance issues, must be looking for a career opportunity, and must have the ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.  Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.  This company offers competitive wages and bonuses upon permanent hire.

$18 to $20/hr, based on experience
