Full-Time Customer Service/Receptionist
Job Description
A union organization is seeking a Customer Service/Receptionist for a long-term, full-time position. You will answer phones and forward to appropriate person, date and stamp mail and deliveries, update and maintain member database, prepare new hire packets, prepare and print weekly reports, monitor paper and office supplies, start dishwasher, clean out refrigerator, and perform other general duties. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma, must have extensive customer service skills, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must be able to multi-task while paying a high attention to detail, and have the ability to utilize sensitive information discretely. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. This company offers benefits upon permanent hire.
