Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Job Description
A chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Enter orders and look up inventory
- Give pricing and handle quotes
- Maintain shipping documents
- Communicate upbeat and professionally with customers via email and telephone
- Trace daily orders through various carriers to make sure orders arrive to customers on time
- Adjust orders at customer request when needed
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have previous Customer Service experience
- Must have experience using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, SalesForce, and Adobe while having accurate data entry skills
- Must have an articulate, professional, and upbeat phone voice
- Must have excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Experience with shipping, bills of lading, and knowledge of the chemical industry would be huge.
$22 to $25/hr, based on experience
