Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Job Description
A local business is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
- Update delivery status, product information, and availability on website
- Answer product questions
- Update product information and availability on website
- Generate reports
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Must have strong Customer Service experience
- Must have solid computer skills with accurate data entry skills
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task with an eye for detail
- Must be able to work effectively with people, be respectful, and have a positive attitude
- Must have common sense to know when to ask questions and not make assumption
- Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination card
Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
$17 to $19/hr, based on experience
