Full-Time Customer Service/Sales Representative
Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Prepare quotes and potential customers with part number and pricing
- Develop relationships with potential customers and general contractors and make cold calls for new customers while answering calls with current customers
- Prepare presentations as well as present them to upper management for sales meetings
- Maintain record and tracking of all proposals in progress and follows up to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist in other departments as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Must have a minimum of 3 years Sales or Customer Service experience
- Must have skill in collecting data and in creating and presenting sales presentations
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be self-motivated while collaborating with sales team and upper management
- Must have the ability to maintain multiple accounts at once
- Must be open to travel from time to time out of state
