Part-Time Administrative Assistant to Director – Part-time

Job Description

A management company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle paperwork for the Director of Commercial Operations.  In addition, besides working in the office, you will also meet contractors at job sites.   This is a part-time position working Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Qualified candidates must have previous Administrative experience, preferably in the real estate industry, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills while paying a high attention to detail, must have proven problem-solving skills and multi-tasking capabilities, and must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently while using discretion and be confidential at all times.  Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.

$20/hr
