Full-Time Front Desk/Customer Service Representative
Job Description
A governmental organization is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to answer phones, transfer calls, answer questions, assist with checking people in, help applicants and residents with paperwork, enter data into computer, and perform other office duties. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have Front Desk Receptionist experience, must have strong customer service experience, must have an articulate phone demeanor, must have basic computer skills with accurate data entry skills, must be comfortable with face-to-face questions and answers, must be able to stand and work part of the day, and must be able to remain calm while working under pressure. Only those candidates that can pass a background check and have been vaccinated against Covid-19 will be considered. Bilingual Spanish/English speaking is preferred.
