We are conducting a search for a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist /Sales Support team member in our Macedonia office. In this role, you will be providing support to the location manager and sales team by processing payroll and guiding all scheduled appointments through the registration process. This integral position requires a team-oriented person who loves to work with the public and can work in a fast-paced environment.   

Location: In office only   

Pay: Base salary plus scheduling bonus  

Schedule: 8-hour shift between 8:30am-5pm, no weekends

Responsibilities:  

  • Greet, meet, and check in all incoming appointments 
  • Guide applicants through the registration process 
  • Enter payroll, print reports, and file documents 
  • Answer phones and transfer calls to the proper person 
  • Follow up with applicants via phone or email to review their background, answer questions, and schedule interviews 
  • Various support duties as they arise 

Qualifications:  

  • Must enjoy interacting with the public by phone and in-person, with a strong work ethic and who can work well in a team setting 
  • Friendly, outgoing, versatile personality who loves working with the public 
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office 
  • Must be comfortable navigating computers with basic computer skills to perform essential job functions, such as sending emails and scheduling appointments using MS Outlook and navigating job sites, such as Zip Recruiter 
  • Must have a working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel 
  • Staffing industry experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with other customer service, receptionist, retail sales, or bank teller background
