Part-Time General Account Clerk – Part-time – Short-term

Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity available for an individual who has experience making Excel Pivot Tables, entering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations using Sage and Intact Software.  This assignment will last about 3 months and you will work 2 days a week with the possibility of 3 days after the holidays.

Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years prior Accounting experience, must have Sage and Intact Software knowledge, must have the ability to create Excel Pivot Tables, must have accurate data entry skills, and must be able to maintain confidentiality.  Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.

$24 to $28/hr, based on experience
