We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting client relationships. This is a Full-time, In-office position working Monday through Friday.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting to and collaborating with the Operations Manager, this role will focus on designing and executing email marketing campaigns, managing and creating social media content and posts, writing industry-related blogs, updating website content, and contributing to our brand presence through innovative content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Research and write compelling content for email marketing programs.

· Create daily customer emails to current and prospective clients showcasing top candidates.

· Manage graphic design projects, such as flyers, brochures, special promotions, floor plans, social media ads, and any other documents requiring graphic design.

· Leverage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) to boost company visibility and attract candidates.

· Develop content for seasonal and special emailers, highlighting promotions and offers.

· Edit and update website content using WordPress and basic HTML.

· Writing client-focused and applicant-focused blogs.

· Manage the process of email distribution, generating lists, and scheduling email sends.

· Analyze campaign results using SendGrid, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Maintain and update the email marketing calendar.

· Track and report on weekly email performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.

· Handle additional creative projects as required.

Qualifications:

· Strong fluency in English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

· Ability to craft professional, client-focused marketing content.

· Experience with managing and updating marketing databases.

· Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) for business promotion.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (training on proprietary software provided).

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field preferred.

· Proficient in graphic design software. CorelDraw is a plus.

· Experience or strong interest in video production and photography is a plus.

· Familiarity with HTML and WordPress for editing website content management is a plus.
