Full-Time Hydraulic Specialist
Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking a Hydraulic Specialist to rebuild pumps and assemble high-and low-pressure hoses for repair. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in hydraulic systems and components
- Conduct regular maintenance and repair of hydraulic equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic system issues
- Design and implement hydraulic systems for new equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure hydraulic systems are integrated
- Train and mentor other employees on hydraulic system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in hydraulic technology
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols related to hydraulic systems
Job Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years experience in hydraulic system maintenance and repair
- Must have knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to hydraulic systems maintenance and repair
- Must have experience with hydraulic system design and installation
- Must have expert knowledge of hydraulic equipment and components, including pumps, valves, and cylinders
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills to identify and diagnose hydraulic system issues
- Must be able to diagnose problems, repair equipment, and make adjustments when needed
- Must have the ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical manuals
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
Only candidates that can pass a background and BMV check will be considered.
$23 to $33/hr, based on experience
