Job Description

A local company is seeking an individual to keep the property clean.  You will sweep freezer rooms, dock areas, parking lot, wipe down curbs, clean bathrooms and offices, perform some painting and light maintenance duties.  Additionally, you will perform and document sanitation schedule.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Qualified candidates must have prior janitorial or custodian experience, must be able to follow and maintain sanitation schedule, must be safety-conscious, must be self-motivated, must be comfortable getting dirty, and must be reliable.  Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.

$18 to $20/hr, based on experience
