Full-Time Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to assist the Purchasing Manager with invoicing, enter data, get shipping information, schedule pickup and deliveries with carriers, and perform other duties as needed.  You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Qualified candidates must be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Made2Manage ERP System, must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and must have a solid work history with no attendance issues.  Only candidates that can pass a drug screen will be considered.

$18 to $20/hr, based on experience
