Full-Time Machine Operator – Waterjet Cell – 2 Needed

Are you ready to dive into the world of precision machining? Join our dynamic team as a POPs Machine Operator in our Waterjet Cell on the 1st shift! We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, job shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Variety of Machines: Bring your expertise in operating Waterjet, Mill, Router, Lathe, or Laser machines. Experience with at least one of these is essential.
  • In-Cell Inspections: Perform in-cell inspections to ensure top-notch quality. While entry-level candidates might not have this experience, we provide training to get you up to speed.
  • Set-Up Experience: Preferred but not required. Our 3-Axis Waterjet setups are straightforward and can be quickly learned. If you have experience with 5-axis setups, that’s a bonus!
  • Job Shop Experience: We value candidates with job shop experience over those from massive production environments. If you’ve worked on a variety of parts rather than repetitive cycles, you’re the perfect fit.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and excellent attendance are crucial for success in this role.
