Full-Time Office Administrator/HR
Job Description
We are seeking an Office Assistant who will be responsible for a range of administrative responsibilities. This is a first shift position working 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
- On-boarding new service department employees and answer general questions
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees
- Schedule service calls and track and process jobs
- Ensure all client interactions are logged and documented accurately
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and gather necessary information
- Attend industry specific job fairs for recruitment, HR seminars, and specific networking
- Type documents, order parts, answer phone calls, and coordinate activities
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Must have 3 to 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Trello, QuickBooks, and House Call Pro is a plus
- Must be able to maintain and update database, spreadsheets, record keeping, and electronic mail with accurate data entry skills
- Must have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Must have basic math skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks
