Full-Time Office Administrator/Shipping Coordinator

Job Description

A manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Specialist to support front office operations, customer service, sales, and manage the entire shipping and invoices process.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Job Duties:

  • Greet and direct incoming calls and visitors 
  • Prepare and manage all shipping documents and shipment schedules
  • Handle invoicing and ensure timely processing of all orders
  • Maintain all customer and vendor files, assist in order and data entry as needed
  • Back-up the Customer Service Coordinator and assist in marketing projects
  • Keep the front office and conference room organized and clean
  • Train all new and existing employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous related experience is a plus
  • Must be able to read, comprehend, and write business correspondence 
  • Must have the ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems 
  • Must be proficient in basic arithmetic and able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
  • Must be highly organized with excellent communication skills 
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
  • Must be able to work well alone and also in a team environment

Only candidates that can pass a background, BMV check, or drug screen will be considered. 

$20/hr
