Temporary Office Manager – Short-term
Job Description
We have an opportunity available for an Office Manager to work an assignment which will last at least 2 months. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to general organization email inquiries or direct to appropriate staff
- Manage office calendar, vendor relationship manager, and meeting/event support
- Act as a liaison to mail, delivery, and courier services, building maintenance personnel, and utility and service providers to ensure a smooth operation of the office space
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of office technology and equipment and collaborate with third party assistance when necessary including computer software and hardware, phones, copier, etc.
- Secondary support of Operations Director with membership management and seasonal staff on-boarding
- Order materials and supplies, and assist with seasonal mailings
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Must have 3 to 5 years Office experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, Google Drive Applications, Adobe Acrobat, Video Conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet), PayPal, Stripe, and Air Table
- Must have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Must be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Must be outgoing, energetic, with a positive attitude, and a professional demeanor
Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
$16 to $18/hr, based on experience
