Full-Time Pattern Maker/Wood Shop
Job Description
A local company is seeking an individual who has experience using table, chop, and band saw, sanders, and other electric or air power tools. This is a first shift position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build frames for molds and make side boards, split boards, stop-offs for patterns and molds
- Learn to build patterns from sketches and drawings
- Maintain general housekeeping duties so work area stays neat and clean
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Must have general carpentry skills
- Must have experience using table, chop, and band saws, sanders, and other electric or air power tools
- Must have a willingness to learn and a desire to build patterns from sketches and drawings
- Must be able to maintain work area neat and clean
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to communicate professionally
- Must be dependable and able to show up to work every day
Pay commensurate upon experience
