Temporary Receptionist – Second shift – Short-term

Job Description

A Receptionist is needed to work a part-time, short-term position.  You will work second shift from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. 

Job Duties:

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone and answer or refer inquiries
  • Review drop off information with clients and fill out accurate questionnaires
  • Add or update client information and book or modify appointments in Outlook
  • Listen to client concerns and pass information on to appropriate internal staff
  • Process payments
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area and assist with general office duties

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred
  • Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills; Microsoft Office experience is preferred
  • Must have strong math skills
  • Must be able to pay strict attention to detail 
  • Must be friendly, personable, honest, and consistent
  • Must have the ability to maintain a professional and friendly attitude
  • Consistent attendance is required

 Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.

$14/hr
