Full-Time Special Events Coordinator – Part-time
Job Description
A large company is seeking a Special Events Coordinator who will draft and send quotes, respond to emails, organize wedding proposals, and perform other duties as required. Hours will vary based on schedule but will typically work 20 to 32 hours each week with some weekends needed to support weddings or other large events.
Qualified candidates must have prior Special Events Coordinator experience, must be proficient using Microsoft and performing Internet Research, must have basic math skills, must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, must have the ability to solve problems and work independently, and must be able to work weekends when necessary. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
