Job Description

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter accounts payables, accounts receivables, and cash postings
• Send out customer invoices
• Make collections calls on past due accounts
• Enter vendor invoices
• Process purchase orders and ACH payments
• Perform all other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have previous Accounting experience
• Must have knowledge of accounting principles and a thorough understanding of debits and credits
• Must have accounts payable, receivable, cash posting, and ACH payment experience 
• Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
• Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters

$24/hr
